My Fiancée (now Wife) and I were interested in buying our first home but we had absolutely no clue what we were doing and to top it all off, we were getting married in a few months. Working with Tracey Tindall was one of the most exciting positive experiences we have had. Let me tell you a little about our story, I was looking at houses on line and I asked a question about one and Tracey got back to me within 5 min. I explained to her we live in California and we are looking to move to Idaho. Not sure where yet just started the process. What happened next was the beginning of a great relationship with a realtor. You tell her what you are looking for and she will not stop until she finds it, Tracey is one of the most honest people we have met very caring, put our needs first. She was there anytime I called no matter what day of the week. Knowledgeable; I would say very and if she doesn't have the answer she will get them and she knows where and how to get all the answers. I was told before I go see a realtor to get pre approved. I still can not believe escrow opened on Nov 25, 2014 we had our keys in hand Dec 15, 2014 because of the holidays places where closed but if you count working days that was a 13 day escrow wow... She had inspection everything done she will line everything out there are no surprises you will know step by step what is going on thru the process. She is very accurate in what she does she knows the process and there for it is a very easy road with Tracey. I could go on with so much more. In closing I would like to say it was very nice to find a realtor with so much knowledge and honesty. I'm happy to say she is now considered our friend and if everyone in Idaho treats us like she does we will be very happy there.
